On the 9th of December 2017, during the exclusive event “Shield and Speed” at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, Italy, G-iron’s new company profile and image was presented to Italian and Foreign business partners.
In 2018 a new catalogue will be introduced as a tool for our global advertising activities and, for the first time, it will be enriched with a section regarding our shielding design including important technical information.
The last page of this new sales tool is dedicated to the magnetic confinement of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
This picture shows the advertising pull up banner which, starting from January 2018, will promote our MRI magnetic confinement technology which was patented back in July 2015 and has been meticulously tested through several experimental installations throughout the year.
The simple and fast installation of G-iron SuperFlex represents a great competitive advantage compared to the current confinement technique which is based on rigid iron sheets. Moreover, its minimum weight of 3.6 kg/sqm also considerably reduces the risk of work related injury compared to the current technology which often entails that workers have to handle components weighing 50 kg/sqm or more.
